Shipping

• Production: 1–2 business days after payment.
• Delivery: tracked shipping, usually 4–9 business days internationally and 1–3 days within Turkey.
• Any shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Customs and import taxes

Orders ship from Turkey. Depending on your country, import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may be collected on delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Every item is made just for you with your photo, words or design. For this reason personalized items can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If something’s wrong

If your order arrives damaged or clearly differs from the preview you approved, e-mail hello@okscraft.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll remake it free of charge or give you a full refund.

Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order until we start production — just write to us as soon as possible after ordering.
